1. Who we are

This website is about FableVale, a game in development. FableVale is responsible for the personal data described on this page.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist:

• your name;
• your email address;
• which computer you would play on, Mac or Windows.

Visiting the site without signing up gives us nothing that tells us who you are.

3. What we use it for

• To let you know when FableVale is ready to play.
• To know which builds to prepare, Mac or Windows.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.

4. On what grounds

You give us your data yourself when you sign up. You can withdraw that at any time, and we then delete it.

5. How long we keep it

No longer than we need it to let you know when FableVale is ready to play.

6. Who can see it

Your data stays with us. We only share it with the parties we need to run the site. This website is built and managed by Vexio (Avelgem, Belgium) and runs on Cloudflare. The sign-up form opens your own mail program: your sign-up goes from your mailbox to ours. These parties may only use your data for that.

7. Cookies

This website sets no cookies to follow you and uses no advertising services. Its fonts are on our own server, so your visit does not pass through an outside service.

To see how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without following you across other websites. We only see totals, such as the number of visits, the pages read, the site you came from and the kind of device, never who you are.

8. Your rights

You may always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit how we use it, object to it, or ask for it in a common format.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels,gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

9. Security

We take suitable measures to protect your data against loss and misuse.

When we change this privacy policy, the new version is on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
